Introduction

At Netvurq, we combine technology and craftsmanship to deliver high-quality embroidery digitizing services tailored for apparel brands, promotional products, and creative businesses. With our deep understanding of both digital design and stitch-ready formats, we convert your logos, artwork, or custom designs into precise, machine-friendly embroidery files.

Whether you’re producing uniforms, caps, or custom merchandise, our digitizing process ensures every detail—from thread pathing to stitch density—is optimized for clean, professional results. Backed by the reliability of IT expertise, we deliver fast turnarounds, scalable solutions, and unmatched quality for every stitch.

Steps

Design Submission

Clients provide their artwork, logo, or graphic design in any standard format (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc.). We also discuss fabric type, size requirements, placement, and stitch preferences.

Artwork Analysis

Our digitizing experts analyze the design to determine the best stitch types, thread colors, and sequencing. We consider factors like fabric stretch, texture, and intended embroidery machine.

Digital Conversion

Using specialized embroidery digitizing software (like Wilcom or Pulse), we manually convert the design into a stitch file (e.g., DST, PES). Each element is mapped with precision—outlines, fills, underlays, and trims—for clean, efficient stitching.

Stitch Path Optimization

We fine-tune the stitch flow and density to ensure minimal thread breaks, reduced production time, and smooth embroidery on the final garment or product.

Quality Preview (Sew-Out)

A digital preview or 3D simulation is created to show how the design will look once embroidered. This helps identify and correct any visual or technical flaws before stitching.

Review and Revisions

We share the virtual sample with the client for approval. Revisions are made as needed to meet the desired visual and production standards.

Final File Delivery

Once approved, we deliver the digitized file in the required format(s), ready for use with industrial or commercial embroidery machines. Instructions and thread charts can be included if needed.

Ongoing Support

We provide after-delivery support for adjustments, resizing, or file conversions to ensure consistent results across different applications and garment types.
